Refund & Exchange Policy

Puzzles: 

Puzzles with outer plastic wrap in tact, may be returned within 14 days of delivery, where buyer pays for return shipping.  Please notify Laurel.rumph@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Prints:

All prints are made-to-order with careful attention to quality. Due to the custom nature of each piece, refunds and exchanges are only available for products that arrive with manufacturing defects.

Defective Products: If your print arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue, photos of packaging will also need to be included. This allows us to work directly with our printers to resolve the problem and send you a replacement.

No Defects: We cannot accept returns or exchanges for print orders that arrive as described. Please review product descriptions, sizes, and preview images carefully before ordering.
